The Fin tried to bring fish back to Fishtown, but they failed.
Two: Fishtown has a strong Irish-American history. The neighborhood’s Irish Catholic population began to decline in the late 20th century as many residents moved to the suburbs.
Three: Residents of Fishtown do not have to place the white rectangular wooden address signs that include a silver and green fish. These signs were created back in 2o00 by the Fishtown Neighbors Association to raise money for the Association.
